The Cosmetology Science Diploma program offered by Kenny's Academy of Barbering is fun and exciting. You get to implement all the new styles and trends you see on magazines or on television. You learn how to professionally tap that creativity and use the correct methods of application according to industry standards. As a student you will be provided in-depth instructions in areas regarding the treatment of hair, nails and skin.  In terms of total hours, faculty, resources, facilities, libraries, and course material, the program complies with the requirements of the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.

Kenny's Academy of Barbering requires that students work there for a predetermined number of practical/clinical hours. Students are prepared to take the licensing exam offered by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency once they have finished the required curriculum and practical/clinical hours. In Indiana, cosmetology practitioners are required to hold a license.
